Everyone from the hotel manager to the cleaning crew is very friendly and helpful, willing to bend over backward to satisfy client needs, and all with a smile. They all speak English, so communication is not a problem for most visitors. The massage service is a must-try. If you need private transportation, want to book a tour, or require an airport shuttle, all you need is to ask and they will accommodate you.
