This year's official accommodation of the Metro Angeles Food Tour 2014 participants was Widus Hotel & Casino. It is a leading one-stop leisure destination in Clark Freeport Zone, an economic and aviation hub just over an hour away from Manila. It is situated about five minutes drive from Clark International Airport and 10 minutes away from Mabalacat (Dau) Bus Terminal.

The Room

I shared a room with Shugah of Wander Shugah. We stayed at Widus Tower Two in a Deluxe room. The room was huge enough for the two of us. It has two queen-size beds with comfortable mattresses and clean and fresh linens. It has a small balcony, an attached T&B, an flat screen TV, a mini bar and refrigerator. We definitely had a good night sleep for two nights.

The Pool

Widus Hotel & Casino has an inviting pool in between the old and the new tower. It is so inviting that you would want to dip into its water. The pool is not that deep so I was able to swim in it. I had so much fun playing in the water with the other blogger-participants of the Metro Angles Food Tour 2014.

The Restaurant

The complimentary breakfast of the hotel is served at Salt Restaurant. It offers different type of cuisines which will surely satisfy the guests' gastronomic cravings.

For a fun night, Prism offers food, drinks and entertainment to make sure the guests satisfaction.

Overall, it was a great weekend spent at Widus Hotel & Casino. We had so much fun staying at the hotel. It was definitely an awesome staycation.
